Abstract

Transformationsprozesse als soziale, politische und wirtschaftliche Umformungen betreffen immer auch räumliche Kontexte - von städtischen bis ländlichen. Der vorliegende Sammelband mit seiner inter- und transdisziplinären Ausrichtung bietet eine breite Palette fachlicher Zugänge, die sich mit Transformation im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung in Deutschland und im internationalen Zusammenhang befassen. Er ist das Produkt der Kohorte 2020-2023 des TRUST-/ARL-Promotionskollegs und beinhaltet Beiträge von Nachwuchskräften aus Wissenschaft und Praxis. Die Beiträge werden als Ergänzung der Transformationsforschung verstanden und gliedern sich in die Themenfelder Governance und Planungsansätze, Kommunikation und Akzeptanz sowie Landnutzungsstrategien auf.
