Strategija malog i otvorenog gospodarstva i nova strukturna ekonomika

Abstract

U radu se prikazuju neke mogućnosti primjene ideje nove strukturne ekonomike u izradi strategije malog i otvorenog gospodarstva na primjeru gospodarstva Republike Hrvatske. U prvom dijelu rada problematizira se uloga malog otvorenog gospodarstva u recentnim uvjetima globalizacije s posebnim naglaskom na razradu modela pozitivne povratne sprege u uvjetima nekonkurentnog domaćeg gospodarstva. Potom se prezentiraju temeljni elementi ideje nove strukturne ekonomike i mogućnosti njene primjene u Republici Hrvatskoj a zatim se razrađuju opći elementi za novi model ekonomskog razvoja i daju prijedlozi za kratkoročne mjere. S obzirom na razvojnu fazu, raspoložive resurse i razvojne potrebe, zaključuje se da je u Republici Hrvatskoj moguće i korisno primijeniti elemente ideje nove strukturne ekonomike prilikom dizajniranja nacionalne strategije rasta i razvoja.
