Abstract

The role of strategic factors in the process of cooperation in the system: the environment of public administration, science and business is important from the point of view of effective actions. These factors determine the objectives, tasks and means and tools that will be used in the process of implementing the cooperation network between the above-mentioned entities. The current level of preparation of entities in this area determines the implemented investment destination strategy. The aim of the article will be to determine readiness to undertake and expand cooperation with science and business entities from the perspective of voivodship cities. It will be important to know what factors contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the location in the efforts to invest abroad and whether decisions about investments in selected cities are determined by the degree of development and functioning of the triple helix model. The qualitative and quantitative methods such as Computer Assisted Web Interview and statistical data analysis will be used to develop the test results.
