Abstract

Organizational socio-ecology acts as both aggregate demand and aggregate supply socially through the respective countries on its organizations that exceed internal limits and affect the influence of human beings on the climate and natural environment. The research study argues the organizational socio-ecological needs for green entrepreneurs. The research question of the study is whether organizational socio-ecology needs for green entrepreneurs particularly in an emerging country like Bangladesh to accelerate macroeconomic prospects? The study finds that subsidies do not explain the gap between the green technological innovation behaviors that rather depend on green entrepreneurs’ efficiency and effectiveness to propel macroeconomy of the country which transforms to sustainable development. Authors suggested that guidelines and regulations of green economy and business are needed to be updated so that Bangladesh can create more green entrepreneurs for the macroeconomic development with social justice, thus removing income inequality and reducing poverty.
