Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag erläutert, warum es an der Zeit ist, mit dem klassischen Bild von Geschäftsführern aufzuräumen und ihre Existenzberechtigung nicht auf fachlicher Expertise, sondern auf Haltung und Charakterstärke aufzubauen. Zudem wird erklärt, wie genau die Informationskompetenz von Geschäftsführern aussehen muss, um valide Entscheidungen zu treffen, und welche Rollen in diesem Zusammenhang das Berater-Paradoxon sowie das Nautik-Modell einnehmen.
