Abstract

Every second, a plethora of physiological signals are generated, which might represent the state of the body. The amount and quality of physiological signals are critical for diagnosing and executing interventions. Because of the incompact contact between sensors and skin, the signals acquired by commercial rigid sensors need not engage effectively with the body, lowering signal quality. It is critical to identify physiological signs in real time during daily living in order to maximize the quantity of data. In past few years, there has been a clear trend toward incorporating high-performance graphene devices (flexibility, biocompatibility, and electrical properties) into wearable systems. In this chapter, we will first provide an overview of several graphene based wearable sensors. Graphene patterning methods will be discussed. Wearable graphene sensors for detecting mechanical, electrophysiological, fluid, and gas signals will be shown. Furthermore, graphene wearable device difficulties and potential will be highlighted. Wearable graphene sensors may raise the quality of physiological information and have a bright future in health-care and telemedicine.
