Abstract

Agriculture has undergone strong pressure from imported food, which negatively affected the volume of agricultural production. The decline in production of agricultural products was more pronounced than the decline in the demand for food. Modern recovery of demand in the consumer market is going more rapidly than the recovery of agricultural production. In this regard, it is necessary to improve regional agricultural policy in the direction of establishment of a balance between the spheres of agro-industrial complex and provision of state support of subjects of food security of the population from the standpoint of competitiveness in the national and international level.
