CRM rendszer bevezetésének és kiválasztásának problémái

Abstract

A gazdasági válság hatására alapvetõen megváltozott a cégek mûködési stratégiája, az értékesítés koncepciója.. A CRM megoldások alkalmazása ennek a stratégiának automatizálását, nagyfokú támogatását teszi lehetõvé. Egy rendszer bevezetésének sikeressége mindkét résztvevõ fél érdeke, ezért szükséges, hogy a kudarc elkerülése érdekében a cég felkészülten és körültekintõen lásson hozzá a kiválasztás és a bevezetés folyamatához. A kutatás célja egy olyan szempontrendszer összeállítása volt, mely objektív döntés támogatását eredményezi. Interjúim során tizenegy cég képviselõjét kerestem és kérdezetem meg. A szakértõi interjú célja a piaci jellemzõk leírása, a bevezetési stratégia kialakításának vizsgálata volt a bevezetési folyamatokban
