Emberitõke-elméletek oktatási kontextusban

Abstract

Korunk tudásalapú társadalma speciális tudással rendelkezõ munkaerõt, azaz emberi erõforrást igényel. Oktatási intézményeink a tudás közvetítõjeként mûködnek, a tudászerzés fõ forrásaként funkcionálnak. Az emberitõke-elméletek empirikus kutatásai megerõsítették azt a tényt, hogy az oktatás kedvezõ hatást gyakorol a gazdasági növekedésre. Jelen tanulmány az oktatás szempontjából közelíti meg az emberitõkeelméleteket. Az oktatásba történõ emberitõke-beruházásokon keresztül vizsgálom az emberitõke-elméleteket. Az emberitõke-elméletek “atyjai” különbözõ nézõpontból közelítik meg az emberitõke-beruházásokat, azonban közös bennük, hogy az emberbe történõ oktatási beruházást tõkének tekintik, mely gyarapítása során az egyén termelékenysége, ezáltal keresete nõ, s ez a nemzetgazdaság növekedésére is pozitív hatást gyakorol. Munkámban ennek a pozitív hatásnak a tényezõit elemeztem.
