A mikrohitelezés hazai és nemzetközi szabályozása

Abstract

Az elmúlt évek pénzügyi válsága, majd annak következménye, a növekvõ munkanélküliség, elszegényedés, társadalmi feszültségek ráirányították a figyelmet a banki hitelezés ellentmondásaira. Az adósságválság hatására a kezdõ és tõkeszegény kisvállalkozásoknak még nehezebb finanszírozási forráshoz jutni. A 70-es években, éppen az akkori világgazdasági válság kezelésére született meg speciális megoldásként a mikrohitelezés gyakorlata. A téma aktualitását igazolja, hogy az EU döntést hozó intézményei a Progress keretében három olyan programot fogadtak el, mely a gazdasági növekedést és a foglalkoztatást támogatja. Vizsgálódásaim tárgyát az uniós mikrohitel programok céljai, szabályozási területe, valamint a magyar mikrohitelezésre szakosodott intézményrendszer mûködésének bemutatása képezi.
