Abstract

In Deutschland hat es in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten erhebliche Veränderungen im Markt der Laboranalytik gegeben. Die Nachfrage nach Analyseleistungen ist durch erweiterte technische Möglichkeiten und neue gesetzliche Vorgaben in den Bereichen medizinische Labore, Lebensmittel-, Umwelt- und Materialanalytik gewachsen. Gleichzeitig sind nach Privatisierung und Outsourcing von Leistungen, Zusammenschlüssen von Unternehmen und Übernahmen national und international große Unternehmen entstanden. Die Branchenstudie untersucht Marktentwicklungen und einzelne Unternehmen im Bereich der Laboranalytik in Deutschland vor dem Hintergrund von Konzentrationstendenzen auf einem schnell wachsenden internationalen Markt und betrachtet Arbeits- und Gehaltsbedingungen sowie Mitbestimmungsstrukturen in der Branche.
