Abstract

Die Studie gibt einen Überblick über technologische Neuerungen und umweltrelevante Investitionen in de Verkehrsinfrastruktur. Sie quantifiziert die Beschäftigungseffekte einiger umweltrelevanter Maßnahmen, die sich auf den Personenverkehr und Maßnahmen in der Infrastruktur konzentrieren. Gemäß Modellberechnungen erhöhen Investitionen von 1 Mrd. S in unterschiedliche Infrastrukturkategorien die Gesamtbeschäftigung um 780 (hochrangiges Straßennetz) bis 1.310 Personen (Bahninfrastruktur, Bahnhöfe usw.). Ein Großteil der Beschäftigungsnachfrage fällt erwartungsgemäß in der Bauwirtschaft an.
