Baubewilligungen für neue Wohneinheiten in Österreich. Prognose Winter 2022

Abstract

Die Rückgänge bei den Baubewilligungen setzen sich auch im Jahr 2022 fort. Die WIFO-Prognose erwartet heuer einen Rückgang der Baubewilligungen um rund 11% – der im Mehrgeschoßbau (–12,8%) stärker abbauen wird als im Segment der Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser (–9,1%). Im Jahr 2023 setzt sich der Rückgang weiter fort, allerdings mit knapp 4% etwas schwächer, wobei beide Segmente in etwa gleich stark betroffen sein dürften. Die Prognose für 2023 liegt damit bereits bei unter 50.000 Einheiten.
