Teilstudie 2: Wachstum und Beschäftigung in Europa seit 1995

Abstract

Die Stabilitäts- und Liberalisierungspolitik hat in der EU Vorrang. Eine stärkere Betonung der Wachstumspolitik und der antizyklischen Makropolitik erscheint notwendig, um die langfristige Wachstumsschwäche im Euro-Raum zu überwinden. Das Wirtschaftswachstum erklärt die Enwicklung der Beschäftigung zu zwei Dritteln und jene der Arbeitslosigkeit zur Hälfte.
