Wandel der Sektorstruktur in der Wirtschaftsregion "Centrope Europaregion Mitte"

Abstract

Die Wirtschaftsstruktur der grenzüberschreitenden Region Centrope verändert sich im Zuge der fortschreitenden Arbeitsteilung und der Überwindung der die Region kennzeichnenden Entwicklungsunterschiede rasch. Das WIFO sichtet in diesem Projekt den Wandel der Sektorstruktur im grenzüberschreitenden Wirtschaftsraum und analysiert Geschwindigkeit und Richtung dieses Strukturwandels. Unter dem Aspekt grenzüberschreitender Kooperation und Koordination stehen dabei mögliche Clusterbildungen im Vordergrund. Szenarien zur künftigen sektoralen Spezialisierung auf regionaler Ebene vervollständigen das Projekt.
