Abstract

Esta monografía pretende definir con claridad el concepto de gestión de la calidad y establecer una forma de medir su implantación que permita comprobar en qué medida la adopción de estas prácticas puede tener una repercusión positiva en los resultados operativos de las empresas que apuestan por desarrollar un modelo integral de gestión de calidad.
