Abstract

El octavo Boletín de movilidad social en el mercado de trabajo del CEEY examina la movilidad laboral en las principales zonas metropolitanas del país al término de 2022. Con ello se pueden identificar las áreas de alta concentración de población que requieren especial atención para promover la movilidad social atendiendo su mercado de trabajo. El panorama urbano que se observa de la movilidad laboral muestra que las debilidades en la movilidad laboral rara vez se concentran en las mismas zonas metropolitanas para todas las dimensiones. Oaxaca, Toluca y Acapulco presentan las mayores dificultades para que la población ocupada obtenga o mantenga el acceso a los servicios de salud a través del empleo. La zona metropolitana del Valle de México, la de mayor tamaño en el país, se encuentra en el lugar 18 en cuanto al acceso a servicios de salud. Entre las más grandes zonas metropolitanas, la que mejor desempeño presenta en acceso a la salud es Monterrey, y en capacitación laboral el Valle de México. En cuanto a movilidad del ingreso laboral, destacan el Valle de México y Guadalajara.
