Полі- Та Мультикультурність Викладача Іноземних Мов: Теорія І Практика

Abstract

У роботі висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи виховання полі- та мультикультурності майбутніх викладачів іноземних мов в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти. Здійснено філософський, історико-педагогічний та лінгвокультурологічний аналіз феноменів культура, полікультурність, мультикультурність, полі- та мультикультурна мовна особистість; розкрито зміст і структурні компоненти полі- та мультикультурності викладачів іноземних мов; розкрито провідні ідеї авторської концепції виховання полі- й мультикультурності майбутніх викладачів іноземних мов у контексті інтеграційних і глобалізаційних світових процесів; обґрунтовано методологічні підходи, закономірності і принципи організації і ефективного функціонування процесу становлення полі- / мультикультурної мовної особистості викладача іноземних мов і спроєктовано поетапну технологію відповідної реалізації; визначено критерії, показники й рівні полі- й мультикультурної вихованості майбутніх викладачів іноземних мов на основі розробленого діагностичного інструментарію.
