Geringverdiener haben das Nachsehen: Weniger Lohnaufstiege bei mehr Lohnungleichheit

Abstract

Hinreichend bekannt ist, dass sich die Lohnschere in Deutschland in den letzten Jahrzehnten deutlich geöffnet hat. Eine neue ZEW-Studie zeigt nun, dass im gleichen Zeitraum immer weniger Beschäftigte ihre Lohnposition über die Zeit ändern. Dies wirkt sich vor allem negativ auf Geringverdiener aus.
