Abstract

Für Unternehmen, welche konsequent positive Kundenerlebnisse entlang der Kundenreise schaffen wollen, sind akkurate Echtzeit-Daten zur Customer Experience unerlässlich. Daher geben wir hier eine Anleitung zur Implementierung einer Methode, die die Customer Experience direkt an den relevanten Kontaktpunkten der Handelspraxis in Echtzeit misst.
