Abstract

The basic concepts for model generators and model management are presented. An analysis regarding model complexity and performance is made. The model refinement concept is defined. Three refinement models are being proposed for software quality metric: refinement through variable elimination, refinement through complexity decrease, refinement through genetic algorithms.
