Bundesvoranschlag 2007/08: zwischen Konsolidierung und Zukunftsausgaben

Abstract

Das Doppelbudget 2007/08 impliziert zwischen 2006 und 2008 eine Senkung der Einnahmenquote des Bundes um 1,8 Prozentpunkte auf 24% des BIP und einen Rückgang der Ausgabenquote um 2,4 Prozentpunkte auf 25,1% des BIP. Das Maastricht-Defizit des Bundes sinkt 2007 auf 1,3% und 2008 weiter auf 1,2% des BIP. Seit 2000 verändert sich die Ausgabenstruktur des Bundes leicht: Der Anteil der Transferausgaben steigt längerfristig. Innerhalb der Transferausgaben entwickeln sich die Ausgaben für Familien am dynamischsten. An den Bruttosteuereinnahmen verlieren die vermögensbezogenen Steuern längerfristig an Gewicht. Gleichzeitig nimmt die Bedeutung der Abgaben auf Arbeit zu.
