Gender-Budget-Analyse für Oberösterreich. Ausgewählte Teilergebnisse

Abstract

Im Rahmen einer Pilotstudie analysierte das WIFO Teilbereiche des oberösterreichischen Landesbudgets aus der Geschlechterperspektive (Gender-Budget-Analyse). Für diese Untersuchung der Bereiche Bildung, Gesundheit und Sport wurden exemplarisch verschiedene Analysezugänge und -methoden verwendet. Mit Hilfe einer Ausgabeninzidenzanalyse wurden die Ausgaben des Landes für Gesundheit Männern und Frauen zugerechnet. Eine Einkommens- und Beschäftigungsanalyse gab Aufschluss über Quantität und Qualität der Beschäftigungsverhältnisse im Bereich Bildung. Um Querverbindungen zwischen öffentlichen Ausgaben und unbezahlter Arbeit – ein wichtiger Aspekt von Gender-Budget-Analysen – sichtbar zu machen, wurde beispielhaft die Bedeutung des Ehrenamtes näher betrachtet.
