WIFO-Weißbuch: Technologischer Wandel und Produktivität. Disaggregierte Wachstumsbeiträge in Österreich seit 1990

Abstract

Eine für Österreich gänzlich neue Datenbasis, die das WIFO im Rahmen der internationalen Forschungskooperation "EU KLEMS" erstellt hat, ermöglicht die Berechnung des disaggregierten Wachstumsbeitrags des technologischen Wandels, gemessen an der Entwicklung der Multifaktorproduktivität. Die Auswertung der Daten unterstreicht die herausragende Bedeutung technologischer Veränderungen als treibende Kraft von Wachstum und damit materiellem Wohlstand.
