Einfluß der neuen Industrieökonomie auf die Industriepolitik

Abstract

Die Industrieökonomie analysiert das Verhalten der Unternehmen auf Märkten mit unterschiedlicher Konzentration, Expansion und Produktdifferenzierung sowie unterschiedlichen Kostenverläufen. Sie wurde in den letzten Jahren unter dem Einfluß der Spieltheorie neu gestaltet: Die dabei entwickelte Methodik greift auf andere Bereiche der Ökonomie über (Erklärung der Konjunkturzyklen, der Arbeitslosigkeit, von Umweltproblemen). Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht, welche Schlußfolgerungen aus der Neufassung der Industrieökonomie für die Industriepolitik gezogen werden können, ruft aber auch ältere Empfehlungen in Erinnerung, die auch heute noch politikrelevant sind.
