Abstract

The article examines the work potential of the inmates housed in the Prison-city Varna and the specifics that affect community service. Emphasis in the exhibition are the factors forming the profile of the labor reserve, which is located in the places of deprivation of liberty and the dependence between personal indicators, the state policy in the field of post-penitentiary adaptation and the real state of the labor market in the Varna region.
