The Collision Between Legal And Economic Aspects Of Intellectual Property

Abstract

Intellectual property emerges as a legal doctrine and developes as such until the end of the 19th century. With the entry into the knowledge economy, the legal doctrine gives way to the economic doctrine, with which a collision occurs between the legal and economic aspects of intellectual property.
