Abstract

"It doesn't matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice." With the slowdown in growth, the proliferation of labour disputes that are increasingly difficult to control and the struggles of small farmers to uphold their rights, it is likely that in the future, China will find it ever harder to "catch the mouse".
