Abstract

Cette note se focalise sur les fonds structurels mis à disposition de la politique régionale de l’UE, et plus particulièrement sur le Fonds de Cohésion qui a la particularité de n’être destiné qu’aux pays les plus pauvres de l’UE. Nous allons chercher à vérifier si l’allocation actuelle du Fonds de Cohésion entre ses différents pays receveurs permet de répondre totalement au défi de la convergence économique affichée dans les traités européens.
