Abstract

In this manuscript, we intend to emphasize the influence of investments subsidies over the R&D activities in order to increase their economic benefits. Investments subsidies are used by the Governments as tools to reduce the market price of goods below its cost of production. The European Union instruments for cohesion are drivers for competition, convergence and social development for employment absorption on the market.
