Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы закрепляемости кадров в аграрном секторе экономики. На основе социологических исследований и экономического анализа выявлены доминирующие факторы, определяющие высокую закрепляемость молодых сельскохозяйственных кадров. Автором отмечена взаимосвязь между социально-демографическими условиями и уровнем трудообеспеченности в АПК региона, предложены меры по совершенствованию кадрового обеспечения с учетом активной государственной поддержки отрасли.
