Институциональные Предпосылки Развития Микрофинансирования В России Как Специфической Формы Кредитования Малого И Среднего Бизнеса

Abstract

В данной статье раскрыта роль предпринимательства в условиях кризисного экономического положения. Кроме того, рассмотрена динамика количества малых и средних предприятий за период с 2010-2016 гг. Разобраны основные предпосылки возникновения микрофинансовых организаций, определена их роль, задачи и функции. Выявлены проблемы, сопутствующие микрофинансированию и сдерживающие его рост, приведены условия, способствующие устойчивому развитию микрофинансовых услуг в России.
