Abstract

В статье рассмотрена сущность и принципы конкурентной стратегии. Дается ее определение. Проанализированы два подхода к формированию стратегии. На основе анализа сделан вывод о взаимосвязи рыночного и ресурсного подходов. А также выделены виды базовых стратегий и их характеристика.
