Abstract

Самым большим барьером для экономического роста Кыргызстана является группа тесно связанных между собой микрорисков. Вероятно, самым негативным фактором является по‑ литическая нестабильность, вылившаяся в два политических переворота в течение последних девяти лет, которые имели продолжительное воздействие на экономический рост и меры по сокращению бедности.
