Abstract

В статье приводятся критерии для идентификации молодых специалистов. Показаны особенности трудового поведения молодежи в городе, заключающееся в более активной жизненной позиции, направленности на развитие себя в профессиональном плане и повышение материального благополучия. Обозначены черты сходства и различия трудового поведения молодых специалистов, проживающих в городской и сельской местности.
