Abstract

У статті визначено актуальність впровадження в залізничній корпорації концепції інтегрованої логісти-ки, місце логістичного менеджменту в системі управління корпорацією, ієрархічну структуру логістики ко-рпорації та запропоновано організаційну структуру служби логістики. Зазначено, що логістиці притаманний активний iнтегруючий пoтенціал, здатний поєднати та поліпшити взаємодію між такими базовими функціо-нальними сферами, як постачання, маркетинг, організація перевезень, продаж послуг, та між дочірніми під-приємствами корпорації та її структурними підрозділами. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що впровадження логістичного менеджменту сприятиме підтримці системної стійкості залізничної корпорації на ринку, згла-джуючи внутрішньофірмові суперечності між сферами закупівлі, постачання, виробництва, маркетингу, фі-нансів та продажу послуг.
