Abstract

Рассмотренные современные экологические проблемы затрагивают всех, и загрязнение, и разрушение окружающей среды уже нельзя оправдать и компенсировать положительными результатами прогресса цивилизации, - разрушающаяся окружающая среда получает сегодня, все больший вес даже в сравнении с благосостоянием и экономическим процветанием развитых стран. Таким образом, абсолютно приемлемого решения противоречий между научно-техническим прогрессом цивилизации и экологией пока не предложено.
