Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается основание для начала управления управляющей организацией многоквартирным домом внесение многоквартирного дома в реестр лицензий субъекта Российской Федерации. Также описывается наличие пробелов в законодательстве в данном вопросе и возможные пути их устранения.
