Abstract

В статье представлены основные результаты прикладной научно-исследовательской работы по теме: «Мониторинг качества и доступности государственных (муниципальных) услуг, предоставляемых органами исполнительной власти области (органами местного самоуправления области)», проведенной Новгородским филиалом РАНХ и ГС в 2014 году на территории Новгородской области.The article presents the main results of applied research work on the topic: "Monitoring of the quality and availability of public (municipal) services provided by the Executive authorities of the region (local government areas), held by Novgorod branch of RANEPA in 2014 on the territory of Novgorod region.
