Abstract

Проанализированы особенности формирования доходной части местных бюджетов в условиях децентрализации. Определена роль налогов в формировании доходной части местных бюджетов. Исследована структура налоговых поступлений в контексте изменений бюджетного и налогового законодательства в условиях бюджетной децентрализации. Рассмотрены проблемы и обоснованы основные пути оптимизации формирования доходов местных бюджетов в условиях децентрализации.
