Abstract

В статье рассмотрены механизмы защиты странами в процессе международной торговли на современном этапе национальных интересов, которые разрешены Всемирной организацией торговли. Рассмотрено место Украины в применении нетарифных инструментов в практике стран-членов ВОТ и доказаны проблемные аспекты антидемпинговых мероприятий в Украине как инструментов торговой защиты.
