Теория Организации Как Основа Формирования Фундамента Самоменежмента

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы формирования самоменеджмента с использованием теории организации и положение человека в ней, этапов зрелости человека. Анализируются современные аспекты самоменеджмента с точки зрения теории организации. На основе определения стратегии и теории организации в аспекте самоменеджмента делается предположение о взаимосвязи самоменеджмента с инновационной деятельностью и повышением эффективности деятельности организации.
