Человеческий Капитал И Его Роль В Системе Статегического Развития Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Обоснована реализация стратегии промышленного предприятия осуществлять с помощью сбалансированной системы показателей, которая выступает связующим звеном между формулированием стратегии и ее воплощением в виде эффективного использования составляющих человеческого капитала. Сбалансированная система показателей позволяет выявить зависимость между показателями индивидуальной оценки работников и комплексной системой показателей деятельности предприятия, выступая инструментом описания стратегических целей каждого аспекта деятельности предприятия. В результате внедрения сбалансированной системы показателей предприятие получает возможность не просто анализировать и оценивать результаты деятельности за прошлый период, но и эффективно управлять своей деятельностью на основе данного анализа.
