Оценка Экономической Эффективности Производства Строительных Материалов На Основе Регенератной Резины

Abstract

Произведен расчет технико-экономической эффективности производства напольных материалов на основе резиновой крошки. Показано, что себестоимость напольных покрытий, производимых на базе разработанных составов на 4,5…6,5% ниже, чем при стандартном производстве. Произведен расчет себестоимости кровельного материала с использованием резиновой крошки, которая составляет 280-320 руб./м2. С целью определения рентабельности производства по переработке изношенных автошин построена многоуровневая модель получения прибыли от разработки проекта по созданию ресурсосберегающих материалов и произведен сравнительный анализ по различным вариантам. Предложена схема внедрения ресурсосберегающих технологий в реальный сектор экономики. Выполнена оценка технико-экономической эффективности создания строительных материалов, в частности резиновых травмобезопасных покрытий и резиновой кровельной черепицы, изготовляемых с использованием резиновой крошки – продукта механической переработки изношенных автомобильных шин.
