Институциональные Ловушки И Модернизация Белорусской Экономики

Abstract

На основе сравнения фактических результатов с заявленными целями экономической политики делаются выводы о наличии в белорусской экономике уже проявившихся и потенциальных институциональных ловушек. Основное внимание уделяется проблеме приватизации госсектора и действиям регулятора в банковской системе страны применительно к проблемам технологической модернизации белорусской экономики. Основываясь на концепции конгруэнтности институциональных норм, авторами рекомендуется использование в белорусских условиях модернизации модели фирмы, в основу функционирования которой положена максимизация добавленной стоимости. Выявленные институциональные аспекты модернизации экономики создают предпосылки снижения риска получения негативных результатов в ходе реализации заявленной экономической политики.
