Внутренний Рынок Труда Предприятия: Параметры Гибкого Функционирования

Abstract

Предметом исследования являются гибкие формы использования трудовых ресурсов в рамках внутреннего рынка труда предприятия. Цель исследования состоит в определении специфики функционирования элементов гибкости в использовании ресурса труда на микроуровне. В работе использованы статистические и эконометрические методов исследования. Результатами работы стали выделенные статистические характеристики гибких элементов в использовании трудовых ресурсов на микроуровне и практические выводы относительно поведения предприятий при выборе форм гибкости и предполагаемых социально-экономических эффектах от их взаимосвязи в процессе применения на предприятии.
