Обоснование Интеграционной Формы Развития Молочного Подкомплекса

Abstract

В статье теоретическими концепциями кооперирования обоснована необходимость формирования в молочном подкомплексе Беларуси крупной компании. Предложена методика оценки сравнительной эффективности работы молокоперерабатывающих предприятий, позволяющая определить центр интеграции. Полученные результаты выполненной оценки сравнительной эффективности работы молокоперерабатывающих предприятий Брестской области доказывают, что центром интеграции должно стать ОАО «Савушкин продукт», занимающее на внешнем и внутреннем рынке стабильные позиции.
