Совершенствование Методологии Оценки Производительности Труда

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу существующих методик оценки производительности труда, выявлению недостатков и формированию более совершенной методики оценки производительности труда на предприятии. Автор приводит методики отечественных и зарубежных ученых, формулирует основные недостатки используемых сегодня методик оценки производительности труда. Результатом исследования стала разработка новой методики оценки производительности труда, основанной на чистой добавленной стоимости. Предлагаются решения по унификации оценки эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов, оценке производительности труда работников сферы услуг, работников интеллектуального труда.
