Эволюция Семейного Бизнеса Леонтьевых В Xix Начале Хх Вв

Abstract

Семейный бизнес являл собой основной экономический фактор в Российской империи. Эта статья иллюстрирует его значимость и проблемы, связанные с эффективностью семейной фирмы на основе эмпирических данных промышленного бизнеса Леонтьевых в XIX начале ХХ вв. Наша цель заключается в рассмотрении индивидуальных и групповых интересов и их влияния на преемственность семейного бизнеса. Отсюда следует ряд выводов. Один из них заключается в том, что старообрядческие ценности определяли семейный бизнес в социокультурном контексте, в котором межличностные отношения внутри и вне семьи испытывали различные воздействия этнической и религиозной среды. В данном отношении изучение семейных фирм в их организационном контексте обеспечивает более полное понимание динамики, лежащей в основе выбора и деятельности в фамильном бизнесе.
