Выбор Модели И Целевых Критериев Прорыва Российской Экономики В Новый Технологический Уклад

Abstract

В статье анализируется развитие модели инновационного типа воспроизводства. Показано как в историческом процессе человеческое общество подошло к реализации новой модели эволюционного развития, основанной на информационных системах. Доказана необходимость диверсификации экономических систем на базе инноваций и необходимость перестройки структуры воспроизводства на основе технологий четвертого технологического уклада, создания заводов по производству роботов для создания полностью автоматизированных систем машин и технологических комплексов по выпуску средств труда и товаров народного потребления. Необходимость привлечения высокоинтеллектуального труда и обеспечения всеобщего высшего образования. Предлагаются новые целевые методы управления производством и система критериальных показателей и контрольных измерителей, обеспечивающих непрерывный рост эффективности воспроизводства. Рассматривается модернизация налоговой системы для целей стимулирования инновационного автоматизированного воспроизводства в условиях VI технологического уклада
